Can I pay the 50% deposit using my Finance loan?

You cannot pay the 50% deposit using your finance loan. Customers must pay the 50% deposit up front via cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card. Once the 50%, customers can pay the remaining balance using their finance loan.

Luxury & Bespoke Sofas

Placing Your Order

All Bespoke Luxury Furniture is subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit when the order is placed. Bespoke Furniture cannot be returned once it has been delivered. Customers will need to confirm all details before the order is sent to the supplier. Once an order is placed customers have 48 hours to amend or cancel their order.

Order Process

Pick the sofa you like: colour, size, dimensions, details, accessories, style etc.
Pay 50% deposit up front: Deposits can be paid via cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card. Confirm Details: Customers have 48 hours to amend or cancel their order before the order is sent to the supplier. Once the supplier has received the order customers cannot amend or cancel their order. We offer free assembly for all bespoke sofas.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver items within 8-12 weeks from the date the order is placed.

All customers will receive an estimated delivery date once their order is placed. The delivery team will confirm an exact delivery date once the item arrives from the supplier.
